Also, if you ARE a mod, don’t ask for promotions! If you are an owner, no degrading/upgrading mods without permission. This will result in demotion. Mods/owners, if someone NOT a member comes in, MAKE THEM A MEMBER IMMEDIATELY. Also, you can not have more than 4 smileys in a post/username. NO BANNING FOR NO REASON/DISLIKING SOMEONE. If you are a member, breaking rules will result this way if done repetitively: Warning for first time. If broken again, kick. If broken another time kick. If ANOTHER broken rule, make them a guest. Ban for 1 hour next. If they KEEP breaking rules, consult me and I will deal with them. If they are a mod/owner CONSULT ME WITH PROOF OF MISBEHAVIOR. Also, if you need to and I’m not there, follow these steps: Warn them it is against the rules. Consult an owner if you are both moderators. I will always put an owner in charge, but if I do NOT, try to handle it WITHOUT FIGHTING. If you choose to fight, you will BOTH be demoted immediately. Also, HAVE FUN! P.S. for you owners that are control freaks, do NOT demote mods/members for disagreeing with you. They could have a point!
